This event is targeted at the top 50 U12 girls teams in the
country as a chance to get together on an outdoor field and experience some
great competition and fair play while getting a great warm-up for the Spring
season.
Key features of the tournament include:
- 8 U12G teams, selected from the top 50 (as ranked by NationalSoccerRankings.com).
- This year we will move to a competitive format with a championship
game.
- All teams will play 4 games.
- Entry fee is only $100. Each team will also pay the refs $25 per
game, so total outlay is only $200 Entry fee is only $100. Each team will also pay the refs $25 per
game, so total outlay is only $200 (trophies are not likely unless a
sponsor is found).
- This will be a USYSA sanctioned event. Based on the level of
competition at last year's friendly, this should be a platinum level event.
- All games will be held at the Arsenal training complex. Entering its
2nd year the complex is now fully seeded and features 3 outstanding 11v11
game fields with plenty of practice / warm-up areas.
- Tournament rules will be same as those used in the Arsenal
Challenge Cup
and can be found on our
club website.
